What is My Inbox?
Your system's Inbox stores your most recent voicemails and faxes. Below, we’ll show you how to filter, search, manage voicemails, manage faxes, and empty your inbox.
Filtering & Searching
At the top of your inbox, you’ll find the filter bar. You can use this to search for specific messages based on different filters.
Managing Voicemails
For voicemail messages, you have the following options:
- Play the voicemail: Listen to the message.
- View message details: Click the Information Menu Icon to see more details and additional actions.
- Delete: Click the trash icon to delete the message.
Managing Faxes
For fax messages, you have the following options:
- Download the document: Click to save the fax.
- View message details: Click the Information Menu Icon for more information and actions.
- Delete: Click the trash icon to delete the fax.
