To enable this feature, log in to your Unitel account and follow these steps:
1. Navigate to "Settings" then select "Extras."
2. Click the "Add" button for Voicemail Transcription.
3. You can now enable this feature for any of your extensions by opening that extension's page and clicking the "Voicemail Transcription" toggle switch under "General Settings."
