- Cost: Each additional number costs $4.99 per month.
- Shared (Pooled) Plan Minutes: All your numbers share the same pool of plan minutes. This means the total minutes in your plan are available for use across all your numbers, instead of being allocated per number.
Types of Numbers You Can Add:
Toll-Free Numbers
- Choose from a variety of prefixes, including 844, 855, 866, 877, and 888.
True 800 Prefix Numbers
- True 800 toll-free numbers are a premium option and carry a one-time $25 fee.
Local Numbers
- Add area-specific numbers to establish a local presence for your business.
Vanity Toll-Free Numbers
- Select a custom, easy-to-remember number like 1-800-MY-BRAND to enhance your branding.
- Vanity numbers have a one-time $15 fee in addition to the monthly cost.
Transferred Numbers
- Bring your existing local or toll-free number to Unitel Voice at no extra cost.
- To transfer a number, submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA) and proof of ownership (e.g., a bill from your current provider).
- Email your documents to support@unitelvoice.com or fax them to 855-998-6423.
