How can I change my caller ID display so my incoming call displays my Unitel phone number?

Important Note: If you are using the Unitel Voice App, this setting is not necessary because the app itself will ring for business calls, making it easy to distinguish them from personal calls. This setting is primarily for users who are forwarding calls to their personal cell phones and want a visual way to identify business calls.

What Does This Setting Do?

You can configure your Caller ID Display to show either:

  • The caller's phone number (default).
  • Your Unitel Voice phone number.

This helps you immediately recognize when a call is coming through your business number instead of your personal number.

How to Change Your Caller ID Display

  1. Navigate to Settings > Your Numbers.
  2. Select the phone number you want to modify and click “Edit.”
  3. Choose your preferred display option in the Caller ID:
    • Caller’s Number: Your phone will display the incoming caller’s number.
    • Virtual Office Number: Your phone will display your Unitel Voice business number, making it easy to identify business calls.
  4. Click “Save” to apply your changes.

Why Use This Setting?

Easily Identify Business Calls – Know instantly when a call is for your business.
Keep Your Personal and Business Calls Separate – Avoid answering business calls unprepared.
Customizable Per Number – Apply different settings to different numbers if needed.
