Important:
Billing access is only available to:
- The Master Admin User created at signup.
- Users with the "Billing Admin" role assigned.
If you do not see the Billing page in the Settings menu, you do not have the necessary permissions to view invoices.

How to Access Your Invoice
Via Email
When your monthly invoice is generated, you’ll receive an email notification from Account.Notification@unitelvoice.com. This email includes a PDF copy of your monthly statement.
Via the Online Dashboard
You can also download your invoices directly from your Unitel Voice dashboard:
- Login to your Dashboard
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Scroll down to the “Previous Invoices” section.
- Select the invoice you want to view from the drop-down list.
- Click [Download] to save your invoice.
> Note: Invoices will only be visible if you have been a customer for more than 31 days (after your first invoice has been generated).
