What Is a Quick Reply?
A Quick Reply is a pre-written, saved response that can be easily inserted into a message or note. This feature helps agents save time, ensure consistency, and improve response efficiency.
When creating a Quick Reply, you can choose to:
- Save it for personal use (only visible to you).
- Share it with all agents on your team for broader use.
How to Add a New Quick Reply
- Click the Avatar in the upper-right corner, and choose Settings
- Click Quick Replies
- Click New Quick Reply.
- Enter your message in the body, and click Add Reply.
How to Use an Existing Quick Reply
- In a conversation, click the “Quick Replies” pop-up menu located above the SEND button.
- Select the pre-saved Quick Reply you want to use. It will automatically populate in the text entry field.
- Click SEND to send the message.
Why Use Quick Replies?
- Saves Time – No need to type the same response repeatedly.
- Ensures Consistency – Maintain uniform messaging across your team.
