If you don’t see your recorded calls, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- The Call Recording Hasn't Processed Yet
- Recorded calls can take up to 2 hours to appear in the portal. If your call was recent, please allow time for processing.
- Call Recording Is Not Enabled for the Extension
- Call recording must be enabled for the specific extension to be recorded.
- If it's not enabled, recordings won’t be saved.

- You Don’t Have Permission to Access the Extension
- You must have permission to access the extension where the recorded call took place.
- If you don’t have the correct permissions (set in the Extensions page), you won’t be able to view its recordings.

Still Not Seeing Your Calls?
✅ If you’ve waited longer than 2 hours and confirmed you have the correct permissions, but calls still don’t appear in the Recorded Calls section, please contact support:
