By default, users only have permission to access their own extensions. However, you might want your Employee Extension Users to be able to view voicemails from other extensions. These permissions are managed within the extension settings.
To set permissions:
- Go to the Extensions page.
- Click Edit next to the extension you want to manage.
- Scroll down to the Extension Login section.
Admin Permissions: If you check the Admin box, the Employee Extension User will be able to view voicemails from all extensions.
Allowed Extensions: If you don’t select the Admin box, use the Allowed Extensions section to choose which extensions the user can access.
