No, Unitel Voice does not support inbound messages from shortcodes.
Additionally, outbound messages to shortcodes are also not supported.
Why Aren’t Shortcode Messages Supported?
After extensive investigation with our underlying carriers, we have confirmed that shortcodes cannot send messages to text-enabled toll-free numbers due to carrier restrictions. As a result, messages from shortcodes will not be delivered.
