Error: “Fail: not from a valid long-code” when replying to a text?

If you receive this error, it is most likely because you are not sending your reply from your email address on file. In order to reply, you must send your response from the email address we have on file, and the subject line must remain exactly intact.

If you confirm that you are sending the email from the correct email address and the subject line is not altered, please forward the email response to support@unitelvoice.com so our Technical Team can further assist you with troubleshooting.
