How does international calling work with Unitel?

Unitel Voice primarily supports calling within the USA and Canada, but international call handling depends on the type of number and service you’re using.

Phone Numbers

• Available Numbers: We provide only USA and Canadian phone numbers.
• International numbers are not available.

Receiving Inbound Calls

• Toll-Free Numbers: Can only receive calls from USA and Canadian numbers.
• Local Numbers: Can receive calls from anywhere in the world.

Making Outbound Calls

• Using the Unitel Voice App or Dial-Out Feature: You can only dial USA and Canadian numbers.
• International outbound calling is not supported.

Call Forwarding

• Forwarding to Another Number: Calls can only be forwarded to USA or Canadian phone numbers.
• Receiving Calls via the Unitel Voice App: You can receive calls from anywhere in the world using VoIP technology.

Billing Requirements

• All accounts must have a billing address in the USA or Canada associated with the credit card on file.
