Can I connect a softphone or IP-phone to my account?

Yes, you can connect a softphone or IP phone to your Unitel Voice account, provided you're on a supported plan. The Office and Office-Max plans support softphone and IP phone connectivity.


Supported Plans:

To use a softphone or IP phone with Unitel Voice, you need to be on one of the following plans:

  • Office Plan
  • Office-Max Plan


If you're unsure what plan you're currently on, follow the steps below to check your plan.

How to Check Your Plan:

  1. Log into your Unitel Voice account at https://login.unitelvoice.com.
  2. Go to the Account Settings section by clicking on your profile or the account menu.
  3. View Your Plan: Your current plan type (Office or Office-Max) will be listed under your account details.
