How do I access the App Settings?

The Settings menu allows you to customize various aspects of the Unitel Voice app to match your preferences and business needs. 

Accessing the Settings Menu

For Android Devices:

1. Open the Unitel Voice app.
2. Tap the Menu icon (three vertical dots) in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Settings.

For iOS Devices:

1. Open the Unitel Voice app.
2. Navigate to the Keypad tab.
3. Tap the Settings icon (gear symbol).

Settings Overview & Customization Options

Within the Settings menu, you can configure the following:

Account Setup

• Login Credentials – Add, edit, or update your login credentials: username & password.

Incoming Calls

• Push Notifications – Manage push notifications On or Off

Preferences

• Ringtones - Set up a custom ring tone for your Unitel Voice app
• Sound Settings - Find different settings to change the sound of the call within the app
• Controls - Configure headset buttons
• Contact Sort Order - change the way your contacts are listed

Activation 

• Reset Application - Click to log out, and reset all of your setting
