If you haven't opened your Unitel Voice mobile app in 14 days or longer, you may receive one of the following notifications:
- "Your account expired on the push server."
- "Due to long inactivity, account Unitel (Extension Number) is no longer receiving calls. Tap here or open the app to continue receiving Pushed Calls."
Why Does This Happen?
Many mobile operating systems "offload" inactive apps to save storage and battery life. When this happens, the Unitel Voice app stops receiving push notifications for inbound calls.
We send this friendly reminder so you can reconnect to the push server and continue receiving calls.
How to Fix It
- Simply open the Unitel Voice mobile app—it will automatically re-register with the push server, and your calls will resume as normal.
- If you receive this message and don’t take action, you will NOT receive inbound calls through the app.
- Tip: To avoid this issue in the future, open the app periodically to keep it active.
