If you have not opened your Unitel mobile app in 14 days or longer, you may receive a notification similar to the ones below:
"Your account expired on the push server."
-OR-
"Due to long inactivity, account Unitel (Extension Number) is no longer receiving calls. Tap here or open the app to continue receiving Pushed Calls."
This happens because certain mobile operating systems "offload" inactive apps to save storage on your device. We send this notification as a friendly reminder to open your app so you don't miss calls.
To correct this, launch your Unitel mobile app, and it will register again to the push server automatically.
Please note, if you receive this message and take no action, you will not receive inbound calls to your Unitel mobile app. Again, launch the app, and your push notifications will resume.
