1. How do I log in to my Unitel Voice Mobile App?

• The Master Admin Login you created at signup is NOT your Mobile App Login.
• Your Mobile App is designed to sync with your personal Employee Extension.
• You'll find your App Login instructions inside your Employee Extension (see video below).

2. How do I ensure call quality when using the Mobile App?

• To ensure call quality, you need a strong, stable WiFi signal.
• If WiFi isn't available, your app will run off your device's data, but a strong WiFi signal works best.
