Learn How To Set Up Your Mobile App



Setting up your Unitel Voice mobile app allows you to make and receive calls, check voicemails, and manage your phone system directly from your mobile device. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get started.


1. Download the Unitel Voice App:

2. Log in to the App:

You have two options for logging into the Unitel Voice mobile app:

  • Option 1: Enter your Username and Passcode
    These credentials are found in your Employee Extension settings. You can log in using your extension username and passcode associated with your Unitel Voice account.

    NOTE: The Master Admin Login you created at signup is NOT your Mobile App Login. Your Mobile App is designed to sync with your personal Employee Extension.

  • Option 2: Scan the QR Code
    From your Employee Extension settings, you can scan the QR code directly into the app to log in automatically. This is the easiest way if you're using the app across multiple devices or if you prefer not to manually enter your credentials.

Once logged in, you can configure your app to suit your needs:
