Important: Your App Login is NOT the Same as Your Master Admin Login
The username and password you created when signing up will not work for the mobile app. The app is designed to sync with your employee extension, and the specific login details are found within that extension's settings.

Step-by-Step Guide to Logging In
1. Ensure You Have an Employee Extension
If you haven’t already, you’ll need to create an Employee Extension in your UniTel Voice account. The app login is tied to this extension.
- Click Extensions
- Click +Add Extension in the Employee Extension section
2. Enable Mobile App & Devices
- Locate the "General Information" section
- Toggle on "Mobile App & Devices"
3. Get Your App Login Credentials
Once the mobile app is enabled, your extension settings will display:
- A QR Code for automatic login
- An Account ID & Password for manual login
4. Log in to the Mobile App
- Open the UniTel Voice mobile app
- Tap ‘Scan QR’ and scan the code displayed in your extension settings (Recommended)
- OR, manually enter the Account ID and Password
