IMPORTANT: Recorded calls are only saved in your portal for 60 days. If you need to keep them longer, you must download them to your computer.
How to Review Your Recorded Calls
- Go to Calls
- Click Recorded Calls in your portal.
How to Play a Recorded Call
- Click the Play button next to the call recording you want to listen to.
How to Download or Forward a Recorded Call
- Click the Info icon to open the Recording Details window.
- In the Recording Details window, you can:
- Download the recording to your computer by clicking the Download button.
- Forward the recording as an email attachment by clicking the Forward button.
