What can I do on the History screen in my Mobile App?

The History screen provides a quick reference for:

  • Inbound calls to your mobile app
  • Outbound calls placed from your mobile app


This information is also available on your UniTel Voice Dashboard and within the Virtual Office section of the mobile app.

Real-Time Call History

Calls appear immediately in the History screen of your app. (However, they may take a few minutes to reflect in the Virtual Office.)

Need to check "Who just called me?"
For the fastest results, check the History screen first before looking in the Virtual Office.

Understanding Call Statuses

Each call in your history will display a status indicating the outcome:

  • Canceled – An outbound call that was dialed but hung up before connecting.
  • Answered – An outbound call that successfully connected to the recipient.
  • Accepted – An inbound call that was answered on your app.

By using the History screen, you can quickly track recent calls and manage your call activity efficiently.
