Inbound faxes are stored in your account’s Inbox and are accessible to:
- Master Admin Users: The primary account owner has full access to all faxes.
- Admin Employee Users: Employees with the "Admin" role can also view inbound faxes.
Other user roles, such as standard employees without admin permissions, will not have access to the fax Inbox. To change a user to an Admin role, navigate to the Employee Extensions and edit the permissions in the lower-left section of the extension settings.
