What is Music On hold and how does it work?

Music On Hold is the audio callers hear while waiting on hold or while the phone is ringing. You can customize this feature in Settings > Music On Hold.

How to Manage Music On Hold

Choose a Default Option:
- Select from Unitel Voice’s preloaded music options.
Upload or Record Your Own:
- Click "Add Your Own Greeting"and choose one of the following:
  - Upload: Select an MP3 file (max 5MB).
  - Record: Use your microphone to create a custom message.
Save Changes:
- Once uploaded or recorded, save your changes.
- Processing Time: It may take up to 2 minutes for updates to apply.
