How do I navigate within the app?

Navigation in the app varies based on your device:

• iOS (Apple) – Navigation is at the bottom of the screen.
• Android – Navigation is at the top of the screen.

App Navigation Breakdown

The app is divided into four main sections. You'll find the 4 icons at the top or bottom navigation:

1. Virtual Office– Your central hub for managing your phone system:
   • Access your Inbox (Voicemails & Faxes)
   • Manage Extensions
   • Send Faxes
   • View Call Logs
2. Keypad – Place outbound calls using the dial pad.
3. Contacts – Access your device’s contact list to quickly make calls.
4. History – View your extension’s recent call history.

Additional Settings

When inside the Virtual Office tab, tap the "hamburger icon" (☰ – three horizontal bars) to access additional settings.
