How do I enable Call Recording?

There are two major steps. First, activate the Call Recording Extra. Second, enable Call Recording on each Extension for which you want it enabled.

Part 1 - Enable

Click Settings > Extras
Click Add next to Call Recording.

Part 2 - Setup Per Extension

Then, go to the Extensions screen.
Click Edit next to the Extension for which you want to enable Call Recording.
Toggle the Call Recording tab to On.

Important Note: When using the app, all OUTBOUND calls will also automatically be recorded. Currently, it is not possible to control inbound/outbound separately; however, this functionality is being considered.

Call recording laws vary by state. Some require both parties to consent, while others only require one party’s consent. By enabling this feature, you accept responsibility for complying with applicable laws.

To ensure compliance, you can:
✅ Include a disclosure in your Standard Greeting
✅ Notify the caller when answering a recorded call
