What Should I Do in an Emergency?

If you need emergency assistance, use your mobile phone’s native dialer or a landline to call 911 directly.

Important Notice: Do NOT Dial 911 from the UniTel Voice mobile app

UniTel Voice does not support 911 or e911 emergency services when dialing from the mobile app. Calls to 911 will not complete.

This policy is outlined in Section 4 of the UniTel Voice Terms and Conditions.

Emergency Services & 911 Dialing

• UniTel Voice’s 911 dialing is different from traditional landline or mobile 911 services.

• Outbound dialing through UniTel Voice does NOT support 911 or e911 services.
• Calls to 911 will fail.
• Do NOT attempt to dial 911 from your UniTel Voice service.
• The UniTel Voice mobile app uses your device’s built-in dialer.
• You CANNOT dial 911 from the app.
• In an emergency, always use your mobile carrier’s dialer or a traditional landline to call 911.
