How do I transfer a call?

When you're on a call, your in-call display will show additional options for transferring the call. You can choose between a Blind Transfer or an Attended Transfer, depending on your needs.


Transfer Options:

Blind Transfer (Unattended Transfer)

  • Press the "Transfer" button.
  • Dial the number where you want to send the call.
  • The call will be transferred immediately, and you can hang up.

Attended Transfer (Warm Transfer)

  • Press the "Att. Transfer" button.
  • Dial the number where you want to send the call.
  • Stay on the line and speak with the recipient before completing the transfer.
  • When ready, hang up to send the call through.

If the other party does not wish to take the call, they can hang up, and you will be reconnected with the original caller.
