How do I invite users?

Inviting users to your Unitel Voice account is easy and straightforward. Follow the steps below to add users and give them access to their extensions and features.


Steps to Invite Users:

  1. Log Into Your Account: Start by logging into your Unitel Voice account at https://login.unitelvoice.com.

  2. Navigate to the Extensions Section: Once logged in, click on the Extensions tab in the dashboard. This is where you manage all users and extensions.

  3. Add New User:

    • Click Add User.
    • Fill in the name, email address, and any additional required details for the user.
    • Assign an employee extension or choose a department extension for the user.
  4. Set User Permissions:

    • Define the user’s access levels and permissions.
    • Select the features they should have access to (such as call forwarding, voicemail, or call logs).
  5. Send Invitation:

    • Once you’ve completed the user details, click Send Invitation.
    • The user will receive an email invitation to create their account and log in.
  6. User Setup and Access:

    • After the user accepts the invitation and sets up their account, they can log in and access their assigned extension.
    • Users will have access to their extension’s settings, call logs, voicemail, and more based on the permissions you’ve set.

Troubleshooting User Invitations:

  • Invitation Not Received? If the user has not received their invitation email, ensure the email address was entered correctly and check their spam/junk folder.
  • User Can't Log In? If the user cannot log in after accepting the invitation, verify that they’ve followed the email instructions properly or re-send the invitation.
