Can I keep my existing number and use it as my Unitel Voice phone number?

Yes! You can transfer (port) your local or toll-free number to Unitel Voice at no charge.

How to Transfer Your Number:

  1. Select the Transfer Option During Signup
    • When signing up, choose the option to transfer an existing number instead of selecting a new one.
  2. Complete & Submit a Transfer Request (LOA)
    • After placing your order, you'll be prompted to complete a Letter of Authorization (LOA).
    • Submit your signed LOA along with a copy of your most recent bill for the number (to verify ownership).
  3. Unitel Voice Contacts Your Current Provider
    • Once we receive your documents, we’ll submit a request to your current provider to release the number.
  4. Number Transfer Timeline
    • Toll-Free Numbers: Typically transfer in 2-3 business days.
    • Local Numbers: Typically transfer in 7-10 business days.
    • No Downtime Expected: Your existing number will remain active until the transfer is complete.
