Set Mobile App to Do Not Disturb (DND)

Turning on Do Not Disturb (DND) in the Unitel Voice mobile app prevents calls from ringing through to your app. This is useful when you are unavailable or offline and don’t want to receive calls temporarily.

How to Turn DND On or Off

1. Open the Unitel Voice Mobile App and navigate to the "Keypad" section.
   
   
2. Tap your Extension Number in the top-left corner of the screen.
3. Toggle DND ON or OFF to enable or disable Do Not Disturb mode.
    
4. Check for the Red Indicator – When DND is ON, a red indicator will confirm that calls are being silenced.
   

Important Notes

• DND only affects calls to the mobile app—your extension may still receive calls on other linked devices.
• To start receiving calls again, simply toggle DND off.
