How Do I Record Greetings?

Main and After-Hours Greetings: These can be found under Settings > Greetings.
Voicemail Greetings: These are specific to each extension and can be accessed by going to Extensions and selecting Edit on the desired extension.

Each greeting in the dashboard has an Add Greeting button, and you can choose from three ways to record your greetings:

Record Using Your Device’s Microphone
If your computer or phone has a built-in microphone, you can record your greeting directly in the system.
Note: Apple/iOS phones may experience issues with the "Record" button. If this happens, please use one of the other options.
Upload a Pre-Recorded MP3 File
If you already have a recorded greeting, you can upload an MP3 file (up to 2 MB). Some users create this file using third-party services, apps (like Smart Recorder), or even by leaving themselves a voicemail and downloading the file.
Get a Professional Voice Talent Recording
Every new customer receives a free professional voice talent recording during their first month of service. This recording includes up to 100 words, which you can use for multiple greetings (e.g., auto-attendant, after-hours, voicemail).
