Why can't I add any more numbers to my account?

While there’s no overall limit to the number of phone numbers you can have, your ability to add numbers through your dashboard depends on your selected account plan. Each plan has specific limits for the number of phone lines you can add:

Unitel Voice Plan Limits

  • Start-Up Plan (500 minutes): Up to 5 lines
  • Unlimited Plan: Up to 20 lines
  • Office & Office-Max Plans: No limit

Need More Numbers?

If you’ve reached the limit for your plan but need additional numbers, we can help! Contact us at support@unitelvoice.com, and we’ll manually add the numbers for you.

Why Are These Limits in Place?
