How do I make outbound calls so the person I am calling sees my Unitel phone number as my caller ID?

There are two ways to ensure your Unitel Voice phone number appears as the Caller ID when making outbound calls:

1. Use the Unitel Voice Mobile App

The Unitel Voice Mobile App makes it easy to separate business and personal calls. When you place calls through the app, your Unitel Voice number will appear as your Caller ID instead of your personal number.

  •  Additional Benefits:
Inbound business calls ring your app instead of your personal number.
Easy-to-use interface for managing business calls.
A seamless way to keep personal and business calls separate.

2. Use the Dial-Out Feature

If you’re not using the mobile app, you can still place outbound calls while displaying your Unitel Voice number using the Dial-Out feature.

How It Works:

  • Authorize a dial-out number (e.g., your cell phone).
  • Call one of your Unitel Voice Access Numbers from your authorized device.
  • Follow the prompts to place your outbound call.
  • The recipient will see your Unitel Voice phone number as the Caller ID instead of your personal number.
