How is my overage calculated?

The 3.9¢ per minute rate applies when a call includes both:

• The inbound leg (the call coming into your Unitel Voice system) – 1.5¢ per minute
• The forwarding leg (when the call is forwarded to another number) – 2.4¢ per minute
• Total overage charge: 1.5¢ + 2.4¢ = 3.9¢ per minute
• If a call is NOT forwarded (e.g., the call goes to the app, or directly to voicemail), only the inbound leg is billed at 1.5¢ per minute.

How to Avoid Overage Charges

• Monitor your usage in the Unitel Voice dashboard.
• Upgrade your plan if you frequently exceed your allotted minutes.
