Unitel Voice does not impose a limit on the number of concurrent calls your system can handle. The only restriction is based on the capacity of your forwarding number and fraud prevention safeguards.
How It Works:
- Unlimited concurrent calls—your call capacity depends on the forwarding number's limitations.
- If the forwarding number reaches its limit, the system will:
- Send callers to voicemail (if voicemail is ON).
- Play a busy signal (if voicemail is OFF).
- Fraud Prevention Measures: To protect against abuse and fraudulent activity, reasonable limits may be imposed in rare cases. However, we do not otherwise restrict call volume.
Need more call-handling flexibility? Consider setting up additional forwarding numbers or extensions to ensure all incoming calls are answered.
