Every account has an email address associated with it for billing delivery purposes and other correspondence. This email address can be managed under Settings > Account. However, your phone system also has an email address associated with your extension notifications.
To update the email address associated with your billing information:
- Click "Settings"
- Click the "Account" tab
- Click "Edit" under the "Account Information" area
- Enter your new email address, scroll up, and click SAVE.
