If you’ve been asked to send a Troubleshooting Log to Unitel Voice Support, follow the steps below.
Note: Before proceeding, ensure that you have already enabled the Troubleshooting Log in the Unitel Voice app.
Steps to Send the Troubleshooting Log
- Launch the Unitel Voice App.
- From the Keypad screen, tap the ellipsis (⋮) or settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
- Select "Settings" from the menu.
- In the Settings screen, tap "Logs".
- From the Logs screen, tap the ellipsis (⋮) in the top-right corner, then select "Share".
- A list of sharing options will appear—choose Gmail.
- A new email message will be composed automatically, with the Unitel Voice Support Team's email address pre-filled.
- In the email body, include:
- Your Unitel Voice phone number
- Your Employee Extension
- Any additional details about the issue you’re experiencing
- Tap Send to submit the log to our technicians.
