Send Mobile App Troubleshooting Log to Technician

If you’ve been asked to send a Troubleshooting Log to Unitel Voice Support, follow the steps below.

Note: Before proceeding, ensure that you have already enabled the Troubleshooting Log in the Unitel Voice app.


Steps to Send the Troubleshooting Log

  1. Launch the Unitel Voice App.
  2. From the Keypad screen, tap the ellipsis (⋮) or settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select "Settings" from the menu.
  4. In the Settings screen, tap "Logs".
  5. From the Logs screen, tap the ellipsis (⋮) in the top-right corner, then select "Share".
  6. A list of sharing options will appear—choose Gmail.
  7. A new email message will be composed automatically, with the Unitel Voice Support Team's email address pre-filled.
  8. In the email body, include:
    • Your Unitel Voice phone number
    • Your Employee Extension
    • Any additional details about the issue you’re experiencing
  9. Tap Send to submit the log to our technicians.
