Enable Mobile App Troubleshooting Log for Advanced Troubleshooting

If requested by the Unitel Voice Support Team, you can enable advanced logging in the Unitel Voice mobile app to help technicians diagnose issues more effectively.


How to Enable Logging in the Unitel Voice Mobile App

  1. Launch the Unitel Voice App.
  2. From the Keypad screen, tap the ellipsis (⋮) or settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner (depending on your device).
  3. Select "Settings" from the menu that appears.
  4. In the Settings screen, tap "Preferences".
     
  5. Scroll down and toggle ON the "Troubleshooting Log" option.
     
  6. Tap the left arrow (←) in the top-left corner to return to the Settings screen.
  7. Tap the left arrow (←) again to go back to the Keypad screen.
  8. Close the Unitel Voice App to ensure the changes take effect.

Once logging is enabled, Unitel Voice Support will have access to additional diagnostic information to assist with troubleshooting.
