Password Reset Guide

If you're having trouble logging into your Unitel Voice account, it may be because you’ve forgotten your password. Follow the instructions below to reset your password for both the online dashboard and the mobile app.


Resetting Your Password for the Online Dashboard:

  1. Go to the Login Page: Visit the Unitel Voice login page at https://login.unitelvoice.com.
  2. Click "Forgot Password?": Below the password field, click on Forgot Password?.
  3. Enter Your Email: Enter the email address associated with your Unitel Voice account.
  4. Check Your Email: We’ll send you a link to reset your password. Check your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).
  5. Follow the Reset Link: Click the link in the email to create a new password.
  6. Log In: Once your password is reset, return to the login page and log in with your new credentials.


Resetting Your Password for the Mobile App:

The login credentials for the mobile app are tied to your employee extension. If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Your Unitel Voice Account: Go to https://login.unitelvoice.com and log in with your Master username and password.
  2. Click Extensions: Once logged in, navigate to the Extensions section of your account.
  3. Click Edit: Next to your employee extension, click Edit.
  4. Reset Password: You will be able to reset your password associated with the employee extension here.
  5. Log In to the App: Once your password is reset, open the mobile app and log in using your updated credentials.
