The Dial-Out feature lets you make outbound calls from any phone while displaying your Unitel Voice virtual phone number as the Caller ID. This ensures your business number, not your personal number, appears when making calls.
Helpful Note: Dial-Out is used for people who are unable to make outbound calls with the app. If you have the Unitel Voice App, this Dial-Out feature is unnecessary.
How to Enable Dial-Out
Before using the Dial-Out feature, you must enable it in your account settings:
- Navigate to Settings > Extras.
- Find and Enable Dial-Out.
Once enabled, you can begin placing calls using Dial-Out.
How to Use the Dial-Out Feature
Authorize Your Phone Number:
- Before using Dial-Out, you must authorize the phone number you'll be calling from.
- Before using Dial-Out, you must authorize the phone number you'll be calling from.
Dial the Access Number:
- Call the Unitel Voice Dial-Out Access Number (provided in your account).
Follow the Prompts:
- Enter the number you wish to call.
- Your Caller ID will appear as your Unitel Voice virtual phone number instead of your personal phone number.
