What is the Dial Out Access Number?

The Dial-Out Access Number is the phone number you dial to initiate an outbound call using Unitel Voice’s Dial-Out feature. This allows you to make business calls from an authorized phone while displaying your Unitel Voice virtual phone number as the Caller ID instead of your personal number.

Where to Find Your Dial-Out Access Number

Navigate to Settings > Dial Out Numbers.
The Dial-Out Access Number(s) will be listed in the instructions after you add an authorized number.

How Does It Work?

Call the Dial-Out Access Number from an authorized phone.
Follow the system prompts to enter the number you want to call.
Your Caller ID will display your Unitel Voice business number instead of your personal number.

? Tip: If you don’t see the Dial-Out Access Number, ensure you have added and authorized a Dial-Out Number in your account settings.
