If you log into the "Virtual Office" tab in the Unitel Voice app and notice that some voicemails are missing, it is likely due to permission settings on your Employee Extension.
Why This Happens
- Your app is registered to an Employee Extension, and each Employee Extension User has specific access permissions.
- If certain permissions are not enabled, you may not see all voicemails assigned to your extension.
