Push notifications help ensure you never miss important calls or messages while using the Unitel Voice mobile app.

When Do You Receive Push Notifications?

• Incoming Calls – Get notified when an inbound call is ringing to your app.
• New Voicemail – Receive an alert when a voicemail is left on your Employee Extension (not department extensions).
• App Status Alerts – Get a warning if your app is about to go offline due to inactivity.
