How does call forwarding work?

Call forwarding is managed in two places within the Unitel Voice system: phone number settings and extensions.

  • Phone Numbers: You can set a phone number to forward calls to the main greeting or an extension of your choice. [Learn more here.]

  • Employee Extensions: Employee extensions can forward calls to the mobile app, a device, or another phone number. [Learn more here.]

  • Department Extensions: Department extensions can forward calls to a list of employee extensions or phone numbers. [Learn more here.]
