Steps to Forward a Number to an Extension:
Click Settings > Your Numbers in your account dashboard.
Click Edit next to the number you want to forward.
Adjust Forwarding Settings:
- Under the Forwarding Options section, click the arrow to expand the menu.
- Select Transfer to Extension from the available options.
Choose the Extension:
- Select the extension you'd like calls to be forwarded to from the dropdown menu.
Save Your Changes:
- Once you've selected the extension, click Save to apply the settings.
What Happens Next?
- Calls to this number will bypass the main greeting and go directly to the selected extension.
