Why is my first invoice so high?

We understand that your first invoice can sometimes be confusing. 

Unitel is a pre-paid service. When you sign up, you pay for the first month upfront. This covers your service for that period. If you added extra features or numbers during your first month, those aren't included in the initial payment and will lead to added charges.

A month after sign-up, you get an invoice. It shows the already-paid charges for the first month, the charges for the next month, and any extra costs from additions or overages. If you exceeded your plan limits or added extra features in the first month, these charges appear on the invoice.
